We offer onsite butchery for farms or hunters that just need processing assistance with game or livestock. We also offer retail type cuts for our customers for in store pick up or home delivery.

We do not offer any slaughtering services at this time but if there is a growing need for this it’s something we will look into expanding on.

If there is anything you are unsatisfied with we would love to hear from you and will promptly respond with a viable solution based on each individual issue. If it’s something related to our fresh made products like quality issues we will return a full refund with proof of issue.

We are currently only serving the Northern Virginia areas due to costs of shipping and travel down. We are however currently looking to expand on our shipping and services across the United States so be on the lookout for shipping and location updates.

If you are requesting whole animals there is a processing/delivery time of 1 week from order to allow for back orders and butcher time to process the whole animal. These will be delivered in pre-determined cuts via a cut sheet supplied to customer at time of order (Please see “Menu” for these options under special cuts). We can also offer whole primal sections (whole leg, rib, and neck sections).

All our animals are considered “organic” but not all recipes are as we have to use some ingredients that change this on prepared items like sausages. Though most of our items are labeled as organic just know that anything that isn’t is just because of an ingredient and not because of the meat.
