Services

Our Mobile Butcher service is built for those that have their own farm and need assistance processing the animal or hunters who can’t get into the processor due to overload or last minute timing. For any questions or to schedule an appointment please contact us at letsmeat@smokenfermentables.com and include your name a way to contact you and your type of request.

Pre-Packaged Meals are offered only when available but will be listed in our menu under “Pre-Packaged” items. Please visit our menu to view our available options.

For Events we offer a few options as far as packages. We have anything from just meats (BBQ, Charcuterie, etc) to meats and beer pairings. Contact us at letsmeat@smokenfermentables.com for any questions or to book an event. We require at least a month in advance for planing an event.

Our Scheduled Delivery option is for those that need cuts delivered to their homes or want to order bigger selections and need assistance. Please contact us at letsmeat@smokenfermentables.com for delivery dates and times to get your order in.
