Our Passion

Will Campbell moved to Northern Virginia March 2020 – right before everything changed.  He immediately noticed the many hard-working farmers in the greater DMV area; however, during this time they struggled to find a way to bring their products to market.

In talking with many families, colleagues and neighbors, the demand for high-quality locally-sourced meat products became clear.  People want to support their local farmers and reap the benefits of grass-fed organic meat, rather than buy beef/pork/chicken/etc. at a big-box grocery store.

There is also a desire to bring back the personal connection and traditional value of the local butcher shop.
